Renovation as a Chronology
There were years where Broderick Tower sat empty. It attracted artists and thrill seekers to it’s quiet halls.
There was a Dentist’s Office on the lower floor. Here is an old fashion tool swivel.

On November 2, 2012 Broderick Tower opened for occupation. on the same day 5 residents moved in. 50 more would follow over the weekend.
